Corazón provides an array of behavioral health services to address the needs of individuals, families and children. We also provide specialized treatment programs to address substance use and abuse. All services are available in office, in home and via telehealth (video and/or telephone). Corazón strives to provide access to care to anyone who is in need of assistance.

Psychiatric Services 

Psychiatric evaluations, psychiatric services and medication  monitoring by a consistent group of prescribers provided via telehealth.

Individual, family and group counseling provided by a qualified, experienced staff.

Intensive Outpatient Programming (9 hours weekly), Standard Outpatient Programming (3 hours weekly) and Recovery Maintenance/After Care Support are all available continuously.

Services focused on improving member's health, nutrition, social skills, overall wellness and independent living skills.

Lecture

Employment Readiness Program

Assistance in pursuing and obtaining employment by participating in meaningful community and job readiness activities. Based on SAMHSA's Supported Employment program and open to anyone seeking employment (including those with felonies).

Networking

Case Management Services

Services to ensure coordination of care with other providers (including physical health and other specialists) and encourage a holistic approach to healthcare through collaboration.
