SABG SERVICES
Corazon Behavioral Health Services is part of the Arizona Substance Abuse Block Grant that helps those who need treatment but who do not have insurance. SABG funding focuses on support for certain populations. These include:

Pregnant women and teenagers who inject drugs

Pregnant women and teenagers who use substances
-
Women and teenagers who use substances and have dependent children and families, or are attempting to regain custody of their children

All other individuals with a substance use disorder (as funding is available)

This practice serves all patients regardless of ability to pay. No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay. We have a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income. Please enquire at the reception desk to apply.
